Crime branch arrested another person
After arresting both the accused Vicky Gupta and Sunil Pal, now the crime branch has caught another person. Mumbai Crime Branch has detained Sonu Gupta, brother of accused Vicky Gupta, from Chandigarh. The crime branch suspects that Sonu is also a part of this conspiracy. After taking Sonu into custody, now he will also be interrogated.
According to the information received from Mumbai Crime Branch, it was revealed about the accused shooter Sagar Pal that he was influenced by the gangster’s lifestyle and had come in contact with the criminal gang to fulfill his dream. It was only after joining this gang that he got the job of firing on Salman Khan. The accused were told that it was a big job and they would get good money.
The accused wanted to spread terror
According to the information received from Mumbai Crime Branch, both the accused arrested in the firing case had recceed Salman Khan’s farm house in Panvel area twice, 4 days before the firing. Both the accused wanted to spread terror. According to the Crime Branch, accused shooter Sagar Pal had practiced gun firing in Bihar. Let us tell you that in the preliminary investigation it has come to light that the accused opened fire only to spread terror so that they could get maximum media coverage.
There was firing outside Salman Khan’s house
It is known that on the morning of April 14, two unknown people fired five rounds outside Salman Khan’s house and fled from the spot. Three days after the incident, both the accused were arrested from Mumbai Crime Branch from Bhuj, Gujarat. Both the accused have been identified as Vicky and Sunil from Bihar. Both of them seem to be related to Bishnoi gang.
